Track your usage: AI actions, eBay syncs and eBay notifications

See how your AI actions, eBay syncs, plan caps and eBay notifications are tracking each month on DashVue's Usage settings page.

Settings → Usage gives you a live snapshot of how your account is using DashVue this month: your AI actions, your eBay syncs, any plan based listing or order caps, and whether eBay is sending DashVue real time notifications. Use this page to check what is close to a limit before you hit it.

Find the Usage page

  1. Open Settings from the main menu.
  2. Select Usage.
  3. The current billing period is shown at the top, along with the date your usage next resets.
  4. Use the refresh control on the page if you want to pull the latest figures without leaving the page.

Every figure on this page resets at the start of each calendar month, so a busy first week does not carry over and count against you for the rest of the month.

AI actions

DashVue pools all AI usage, listing help, template generation, invoice text and AI chat, into a single monthly allowance of AI actions. The AI actions bar shows how much of that allowance you have used so far this period. Every account gets a monthly allowance included, and you can add an AI Lite, AI Pro or AI Elite pack if you need more headroom in a given month.

AI actions are metered, not unlimited

The dashboard and its core tools are included on every plan, but AI features draw down from this metered allowance. There is no unlimited AI tier: once your monthly allowance and any add-on pack are used up, AI actions pause until the allowance resets or you top up with a pack.

eBay syncs

Manual data syncs with eBay, for example refreshing your orders or listings on demand, are tracked against their own monthly quota with a separate bar. This is independent of your AI actions allowance and resets on the same monthly cycle.

Active listings and orders per month

If your plan carries a hard cap on active listings or on orders processed per month, you will see extra bars for those here as well, showing how close your account is to each limit.

Caps only show on capped plans

Under DashVue’s store size pricing (Starter, Growth and Scale, from £8.99 a month with a 7 day free trial and no card required), every plan includes the full dashboard with no hard limit on active listings or monthly orders, so most sellers will never see these two bars at all. They only appear for accounts on a plan with a fixed cap, so their presence is a sign of your specific plan’s limits rather than something every DashVue user will encounter.

eBay notifications

DashVue also monitors real time updates from eBay Platform Notifications. This section shows whether notifications are currently enabled for your connected eBay account, when the last one arrived, and how many you have received today and this week.

Below that, a log of recent notifications lists the event type, the related order or listing where available, and a status for each one: processed successfully, pending, or failed. This is a useful place to check if new orders or listing changes on eBay seem slow to appear in DashVue.

If notifications show as disabled, reconnect your eBay account from Settings to re-enable real time updates. Until notifications are enabled, this section will not show any activity.
