Choose a plan and start your free trial

This article explains how DashVue’s plans work, what determines which one you land on, and how to start your free trial without putting in a card.

The plans

DashVue is priced by store size rather than by feature. Every plan includes the full dashboard, profit tracking, listings, repricer, offers, inventory, and tax tools, so you are never missing tools on a lower tier. The only things that change as you move up are the price and how many teammate seats are included.

• Starter, for around 1 to 99 active listings, from £8.99 a month.
• Growth, for around 100 to 499 active listings, from £18.99 a month.
• Scale, for around 500 to 1,000 active listings, from £28.99 a month.
• Enterprise, for sellers with over 1,000 active listings. This tier is quote based, so contact DashVue directly rather than signing up through the standard flow.

Each plan includes a small number of teammate seats, with extra seats available for a small monthly add on if you need more people in your account.

How DashVue picks your tier

You do not need to count your own listings precisely before signing up. When you connect your eBay account, DashVue detects your true store size automatically and moves your account to the matching plan. Treat the slider or plan you pick at sign up as an estimate, not a final commitment.

Starting your free trial

1. From the pricing page, choose the plan that looks closest to your store size (Starter, Growth, or Scale).
2. Select “Start 7 day free trial”. You will be taken to DashVue’s sign up page with your chosen plan pre-selected.
3. Create your account. No card details are requested at this stage.
4. Connect your eBay account so DashVue can pull in your listings and sales data, and confirm your true store size.
5. Use DashVue for the full 7 day trial period. If your actual listing count differs from your initial pick, DashVue will move you to the correct plan automatically.

Billing and who can manage it

Billing is managed by the account owner only. If you invite teammates, they can use the dashboard and tools according to their access level, but plan changes, seat purchases, and payment details are handled from the billing settings by the owner’s login.

AI actions are a separate add on

AI features (such as AI assisted listing help) are billed separately from your plan, using a monthly allowance of AI actions rather than being unlimited. Every account gets a monthly allowance of free AI actions with an hourly cap, and you can add an AI pack (AI Lite, AI Pro, or AI Elite) if you need more. AI actions are not included as part of your Starter, Growth, or Scale plan price.
