Manage your subscription: update card, view invoices, cancel or reactivate

How to update your card, download invoices, and cancel or reactivate your DashVue subscription from Settings.

Everything to do with your DashVue subscription, your card on file, your past invoices, and cancelling or reactivating, lives in one place: Settings → Billing. This article walks through each of those tasks.

Where to find billing settings

Go to Settings → Billing. From here you can update your payment method, view and download past invoices, and cancel or reactivate your plan.

Owner-only

Billing settings are only visible and editable by the account owner. If you are a teammate on someone else’s account, you will not see this page, and you will need to ask the owner to make any billing changes.

Update your card

DashVue does not store or process your card details directly. When you choose to update your payment method, you are taken to a secure Stripe-hosted billing portal to make the change. Once you have updated your card in the portal, it is used for all future charges on your subscription.

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Choose the option to update your payment method.
  3. You will be taken to the Stripe billing portal.
  4. Enter your new card details and confirm.
  5. You will be returned to DashVue once the update is complete.

View and download invoices

The invoice history section of the billing page lists your past invoices. Each one can be downloaded as a PDF, which is useful for your own bookkeeping or for passing to an accountant.

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel from the same billing page at any time. Cancelling stops future billing on your subscription.

Reactivate your subscription

Changed your mind after cancelling? Reactivation is one click from the same billing page, so you do not need to sign up again from scratch to come back.

Enterprise plans

If you are on 1,000+ listings, your plan is handled as “Contact us” rather than through the self-serve slider. Billing changes for an Enterprise plan, including updating your card, invoices, or cancelling, are managed by emailing DashVue directly rather than through the self-serve billing portal.
