See where you're signed in and sign out other devices
How to view active DashVue sessions with last-active time and IP, revoke one device, or sign out everywhere else in one click.
DashVue keeps a list of the browsers and devices currently signed in to your account, so you can check nothing looks out of place and sign out anything you do not recognise, without touching your password.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Account. In the Security section you will find Active sessions, a list of every browser or device currently signed in to your account.
Each entry shows when that session was last active and the IP address it is signing in from. Use this to spot a session you do not recognise, for example an old laptop you no longer use or an IP that is not yours.
Sign out a single device
- In the Active sessions list, find the entry you want to sign out.
- Select Revoke (or the equivalent action) next to that entry.
- That session is signed out straight away. The device will be asked to sign in again the next time it tries to load DashVue.
This does not affect any other session, including the one you are currently using. It only signs out the one device you chose.
Sign out everywhere else
If you want to clear every other session in one go, for example after using a shared or public computer, use Sign out everywhere else. This immediately signs out every browser and device except the one you are currently using, in a single click.
Your current session stays signed in
“Sign out everywhere else” deliberately leaves the session you are using right now untouched, so you do not lock yourself out while clearing everything else.
When to use this
Check Active sessions if you have shared a device, signed in on a computer that was not your own, or simply want to confirm no one else is using your account. Revoking a session or signing out everywhere else does not change your password, so if you are worried your password itself may be known to someone else, also change your password and consider turning on two-factor authentication.
