Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're only charged the difference for the remaining days. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

Solo doesn't currently include a free trial — it's £9/month with card required at signup. You can cancel any time from your account settings, no minimum term. We may add a free trial later; for now the entry price is low enough that the first month doubles as the trial.

Solo covers up to 100 active listings and 250 orders per month. If you go over your cap, we'll let you know — you can either join the Pro + AI waitlist or talk to us about Enterprise (unlimited listings). Nothing breaks; you just won't be able to add new listings until you're back under the cap or have upgraded.

Enterprise is for high-volume shops and teams that need unlimited listings, unlimited teammate seats, custom courier / accounting integrations, and SLA-backed live-chat support. Solo is single-seat (one person — solo sellers who do their own books). Pro + AI includes 2 teammate seats. Enterprise is unlimited (with role-based permissions). A teammate seat gives someone their own login to your DashVue account so they can manage listings, ship orders, and view profit data without sharing your password.
