Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're only charged the difference for the remaining days. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Sign up with email + password (or Google), connect your eBay account in the onboarding wizard, and the 7-day trial starts immediately. Nothing is charged during those 7 days.
