Add extra AI actions or teammate seats

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of free AI actions and a set number of teammate seats. If you need more of either, you can add a paid AI action pack or extra teammate seats on top of your plan from Settings → Billing. This article covers both.

Where to find these options

Go to Settings → Billing. This page has a section for AI add-ons and a separate section for teammate seats, both sitting alongside your plan and payment details.

Topping up AI actions

Every account gets a monthly allowance of free AI actions, with an hourly cap on top. AI usage is metered, not unlimited, so if you are working through that allowance faster than it renews, you can add a paid AI action pack: AI Lite, AI Pro, or AI Elite. Each pack adds more AI actions to your account on a monthly basis.

1. Go to Settings → Billing.
2. Find the AI add-on section.
3. Choose the pack that fits how much AI usage you need: Lite, Pro, or Elite.
4. Confirm the add-on. It is billed alongside your regular subscription.

Adding extra teammate seats

Your plan includes a set number of teammate seats. If you need to invite more people than your plan covers, you can add extra paid seats from the same billing page rather than upgrading your whole plan.

1. Go to Settings → Billing.
2. Find the seats section.
3. Add the number of extra seats you need.
4. Confirm. The extra seats are billed alongside your regular subscription.

Once a seat is added, you can invite a teammate to fill it and set their permissions from Settings as normal.

Changing your mind

Both AI add-ons and extra seats can be adjusted from the same billing page later, whether you want to add more, drop down, or remove them entirely.
