Top up your DashVue shipping wallet

How to add credit to your DashVue shipping wallet, check your balance and history, and download a VAT invoice for each top-up.

Your DashVue shipping wallet holds the credit you use to buy postage labels. This article covers how to top it up with a card payment, where to check your balance and history, and how to download a VAT invoice for each top-up.

Where to find the shipping wallet

Go to Settings → Shipping in DashVue. The Shipping Wallet card at the top of the page shows your current balance along with the option to top up.

Topping up your wallet

  1. Open Settings → Shipping
  2. On the Shipping Wallet card, choose a top-up amount: £20, £50, or £100
  3. Complete the payment through Stripe. DashVue uses Stripe to process the card payment securely, DashVue itself never sees or stores your card details
  4. Once the payment confirms, the credit is added to your wallet balance straight away

Checking your balance and history

Your current balance is always visible on the Shipping Wallet card in Settings → Shipping. Below the balance you can review two histories:

  • Top-up history, a record of every time you have added credit, with the date and amount
  • Label history, a record of the postage labels you have bought using wallet credit

Downloading a VAT invoice

Each top-up generates its own VAT invoice. From the top-up history, find the entry you need and download the invoice for your records or to pass to your bookkeeper or accountant.

Your credit never expires

Wallet credit does not expire. Top up as much or as little as suits your order volume, any balance you add stays available until you use it on postage labels.
