The Ship page: work through today's orders and print a pick list
See every unshipped eBay order in one place, filter by urgency, and print a pick list for fulfilment. Learn how it differs from a packing slip.
The Ship page brings every unshipped eBay order onto one screen, lets you filter them by how urgent they are, and prints a pick list you can use to gather and pack items before dispatch.
What the Ship page shows you
Every order that has not yet been marked as shipped appears here in one list, so you are not hunting through eBay’s own Orders tab or opening sales one at a time. Above the list sit three chips: Urgent, Tomorrow and All.
- Urgent narrows the list to the orders closest to breaching their dispatch deadline, the ones to pack first.
- Tomorrow shows orders due to ship the next day, useful if you plan a batch to pack ahead of time.
- All clears the filter and shows every unshipped order together.
Printing a pick list
Once you know which orders you are working through, use Print pick list to generate a printable sheet covering them.
- Open the Ship page from Today.
- Choose a chip, Urgent, Tomorrow or All, to filter the orders you want to work through right now.
- Select Print pick list.
- Print the sheet and use it to pick each item off your shelves and pack the matching orders.
Working from a printed list rather than a screen means you can walk your stock without carrying a laptop or phone between shelves.
This is a pick list, not a packing slip
The printed sheet is built to help you pick and pack, not to go in the parcel as a customer-facing document. It is not an invoice and it is not a branded packing slip, and it is not designed to be included with the shipment. Use it for your own fulfilment process, and arrange a separate packing slip or invoice for the buyer if you need one.
Where the buyer and address details come from
Names and delivery addresses on the pick list are pulled directly from the eBay order itself, exactly as the buyer entered them at checkout. DashVue does not edit or correct this information. If a buyer has made a mistake with their address, or left a company name off an otherwise residential delivery, that is how it will appear on your pick list too. It is worth a quick check against the original eBay order before you dispatch anything that looks unusual.
