Bulk pausing the repricer and turning auto-relist on or off

How to pause or resume the repricer and turn auto-relist on or off for several listings at once, plus the global auto-relist defaults.

On the Listings page you can select several items at once and pause or resume the repricer for all of them, or switch auto-relist on or off for all of them, in a single click. This article walks through both bulk actions and the global Auto-relist settings card underneath the listings table, and explains exactly what each one does and does not control.

Bulk-pausing or resuming the repricer

If you want to stop the repricer from touching a batch of listings, for example while you are running a manual promotion, you do not need to open each item individually.

  1. Go to the Listings page.
  2. Tick the checkbox next to each listing you want to change, or use the header checkbox to select every listing currently shown.
  3. A bulk action bar appears once at least one listing is selected.
  4. Choose Pause repricer in that bar to pause the repricer on all selected listings, or Resume repricerto resume it if it was already paused.

This flips a per-item flag on each selected listing, so it is quick to undo: select the same listings again and toggle the repricer back on whenever you are ready.

The bulk action bar appears once you tick at least one listing. Alongside Drop prices and Bulk AI rewrite, it carries Pause repricer / Resume repricer and Auto-relist on / Auto-relist off buttons that apply to every selected listing.

Bulk-toggling auto-relist

The same bulk action bar has Auto-relist on and Auto-relist off buttons. Select the listings you want to change, then switch auto-relist on or off for all of them at once, in the same way as the repricer buttons above.

This also only sets a per-item flag: whether that particular listing is eligible to be automatically ended and relisted. It does not decide when that happens or what changes on relist. Those decisions come from the global Auto-relist settings described below.

The global Auto-relist settings card

Underneath the listings table sits an Auto-relist settings card. This is where you control the auto-relist engine itself, rather than which individual listings are opted in.

  • A master switch turns auto-relist on for eligible items across your account. With it off, no listing will be automatically relisted even if it is individually flagged as eligible.
  • Relist after: how many days an item can sit unsold before DashVue ends it and relists it, so it appears fresh in eBay search again.
  • Price reduction: an optional discount applied when the item is relisted. Leave this at 0% to keep the same price.
  • Only relist single-quantity items: a separate toggle that, when on, excludes multi-stock listings that still have more than one unit for sale, so lines that are still selling steadily are not needlessly ended and relisted.

Changes on this card save immediately, there is no separate Save button to remember. Toggles save the moment you flip them, and the day and percentage fields save when you click away from the box. A confirmation appears each time a setting is saved.

This needs a Full Access eBay connection

Auto-relist only takes effect if your eBay connection has Full Access. A read-only connection can display and draft changes but cannot publish them, so auto-relist and the repricer will not act on your listings until you upgrade the connection.

What these controls do not do

It is worth being clear about the boundary between the bulk actions on the Listings page and the repricer engine itself.

Per-item flags only, not the repricer engine

The bulk pause and resume toggle, and the bulk auto-relist toggle, only flip a flag on each selected listing. They do not contain any repricer strategy, floors, ceilings, or competitor tracking rules. Those live on the Repricer page. If you want to change how the repricer actually prices your items, go to the Repricer page rather than looking for those controls here.

In short: use the Listings page to decide which items are paused, resumed, or eligible for auto-relist. Use the Repricer page to decide how the repricer prices items, and use the Auto-relist settings card to decide when and how eligible items get relisted.
