How often do automatic offers and auto-replies run?
DashVue sends automatic offers about twice a day and checks pending offers for auto-reply roughly every two hours. The schedule is fixed.
DashVue can send discount offers to watchers automatically, and can reply to incoming Best Offers automatically too. Both run on their own fixed schedule in the background rather than the instant you turn them on, so this article explains roughly when each one runs and why you cannot speed either up.
When automatic offers go out
Once auto-send is switched on for a listing, DashVue does not send the offer immediately. It runs on a background schedule that checks your eligible listings and sends offers to watchers roughly twice a day. If you turn auto-send on, expect the first offer to go out at the next scheduled run, not the moment you save the setting.
When auto-respond checks pending offers
Auto-respond works the same way in principle. Instead of reacting to a buyer’s offer the second it arrives, DashVue checks your pending offers on its own schedule and accepts, declines or counters them against the thresholds you have set. That check runs roughly every two hours, so a pending offer can sit for a while before auto-respond gets to it.
The schedule is fixed
Neither cadence is user-configurable. You cannot make auto-send run more often than roughly twice a day, and you cannot make auto-respond check more often than roughly every two hours. There is no setting to trigger an early run or tighten the timing, so build your expectations around these rough intervals rather than an exact time.
What this means in practice
If you need an offer sent or a reply given right now, rather than at the next scheduled run, do it manually from the Offers section instead of waiting on automation. Automatic offers and auto-respond are there to cover listings and offers you are not actively watching, not to guarantee an instant response.
Both automatic offers and auto-respond are actions that push changes to eBay on your behalf, so they need a Full Access eBay connection to run at all. If your connection is read-only, the schedule still exists but nothing will actually send or reply until you upgrade the connection. See the related articles below for more on Full Access and on how auto-send and auto-respond are configured.
