Auto-relist: automatically relaunch listings that end

Auto-relist republishes a listing on eBay automatically when it ends, so you do not have to spot ended items and relaunch them by hand. This article covers turning it on per item, turning it on for everything at once, adding an optional price reduction on each relist, and reading the relist count and last relisted date on an item.

What auto-relist does

When auto-relist is on and a listing ends on eBay, DashVue republishes it for you rather than leaving it sitting ended, so the item shows up fresh in eBay search again. Relisted items go back up as fixed-price (Buy It Now) listings, in line with how DashVue publishes generally, it does not create or relaunch anything as an auction.

There are two places to control it. Each item has its own auto-relist setting on the Listings page, and there is a single global Auto-relist card in your Stock settings that switches it on across every eligible item at once.

Turning auto-relist on or off per item

The per-item control lives in the row inspector on the Listings page, on the Stock tab, in a block titled Auto-relist.

1. Open Listings and click the item to open its row inspector.
2. Go to the Stock tab.
3. In the Auto-relist block, tick Enabled to switch it on (or untick it to stop future relists).
4. Optionally, set a figure in Price reduction on relist (%) to lower the price on each relist.
5. Press Save stock. The setting applies from the next time the listing ends.

You can also select several items in the listings table and toggle auto-relist for all of them at once, rather than opening each item individually.

Turn it on for everything at once

In your Stock settings, the global Auto-relist card switches auto-relist on for every eligible item in one place. Turn the master switch on and you get two knobs, Relist after (how many days an item can sit unsold before DashVue relists it, 7 to 90) and Price reduction (an optional drop applied on relist, 0 to 95%), plus an Only relist single-quantity items switch so multi-stock lines that are still selling are left alone. This card saves on change, there is no separate Save button.

Optional price reduction on relist

If an item is not selling at its current price, a small price reduction on each relist can help. Set a percentage and DashVue lowers the price by that amount each time the listing relists, instead of relaunching at the same price it just failed to sell at. Leave the percentage at zero if you want the item to relist at an unchanged price.

Relist count and last relisted date

Each item records how many times it has been relisted and when it was last relisted. These are read-only, written by the auto-relist pipeline, and they live on the inspector's separate Sourcing tab as the Relist count and Last relisted stats, not on the Stock tab where the toggle sits. Use them together to spot stock that keeps cycling without selling, for example an item with a high relist count and a recent last-relisted date is a candidate for a bigger price cut, a rewritten listing, or pulling from sale altogether.
