Incredibly poor platform. Filled with glitches, they claim to show all of their services are working but they unfortunately do not.

getting orders from Amazon, been multiplied and tripled, for no reasons, we didn't notice for a while, and we've been sending quantities for customers instead of 1, we lost hundreds of pounds till we notice this issue

it states on their website they give phone support, then during trial I am told "we don't do phone support, only chat and tickets".
